2. Payment Policy

All services and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. Reiki Risen requires full payment to secure your commitment and honor the energy and time dedicated to each session. Partial payments or installment plans are not accepted unless otherwise specified for certain packages or promotions.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Refunds: All purchases of services, packages, and digital products from Reiki Risen are non-refundable. These offerings are thoughtfully crafted to support your personal transformation and growth, and full commitment is essential for the journey. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Returns: Reiki Risen does not accept returns on any services, packages, or digital products, as these are personalized or downloadable items that cannot be resold. Clients are encouraged to reach out with any questions or concerns prior to making a purchase to ensure clarity and satisfaction with the offerings.

4. Completion and Timeliness

Each coaching or healing series is designed to be completed within a specified timeframe (e.g., 90 days from the first session). This timing supports continuity and ensures you receive the maximum benefit from each session. If the series is not completed within this window, Reiki Risen reserves the right to require the client to restart the series or treat remaining sessions as single appointments.

5. Booking & Attendance

Commitment to the process is vital. By booking a package, you agree to prioritize and attend each session with intention. Rescheduling or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to honor both our time and the energy invested in your growth. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.

6. Digital Product Purchases

All digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of downloadable content, refunds, or exchanges are not available once the product has been purchased. By purchasing, you agree to the terms of no refunds or exchanges on digital content.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is essential. All information shared in sessions or on this site is confidential and will not be shared without your explicit consent. For digital security, Reiki Risen takes reasonable measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission is 100% secure over the internet.

8. Limitation of Liability

All services are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. They do not substitute for professional medical or mental health advice. By engaging in any service or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, choices, and actions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of both Canada and the United States. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these laws.
